SENATOR AKOGUN LERE OYEWUMI WARNS THE PUBLIC AGAINST SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT CLONING BY FRAUDSTERS. Osogbo, 11th January, 2025. The Deputy Senate Minority Leader, Senator Lere Oyewumi has raised alarm about a sinister group of fraudulent Nigerians who have cloned many of his social media handles with intent to defraud the unsuspecting public via a non-existent empowerment by asking them to pay various sums of money before being qualified for such empowerment. Senator Oyewumi through his media team however denied such request for money and warned the public to disregard such frivolities.
