Osun PDP leadership: Nobody is above the law - Barr. Wale Ojo The acting chairman of the People's Democratic Party in Osun State, Barrister Wale Ojo has said nobody is above the law under the supreme constitution of Nigeria. This was contained in a statement titled, “Osun PDP leadership tussle: Nobody is above the law in PDP,” signed by the chairman on Friday. Ojo's statement was in response to yesterday's appointment of Mr Sunday Bisi as the acting chairman of the party in the state after Ojo's appointment was validated by a High Court sitting in Ife on Wednesday.  Ojo said it is on the record that the PDP is a people's party where the democratic tenet is rooted and law reigns supreme. The Osun State High Court, Ile-Ife this morning confirmed the Chairmanship of Barrister Wale Ojo as Osun State Acting Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party.
