Osun Deputy Speaker, Abidemi Oyewusi, Felicitates Ooni of Ife on Olojo Festival

The Deputy Speaker of Osun State, Rt. Hon. Abidemi Oyewusi has expressed his profound felicitations to the Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, CFR, on the 2024 Olojo Festival.

Rt. Hon. Oyewusi described the festival as a reminder of our shared heritage's of the people of Ifeland.

In his words Oyewusi wrote "I warmly congratulate His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, CFR, and all sons and daughters of Ile-Ife, on the occasion of this year's Olojo Festival, themed "Evolving Transformational Domestic Tourism with Community Festivals."

"The Olojo Festival, which commemorates the birth of Ade Aare, the crown of all crowns, serves as a reminder of our shared heritage's strength and solidarity. It emphasises the importance of community festivals in preserving our culture, strengthening local economies, and attracting tourists."

"May the wisdom of our ancestors continue to guide the Yoruba people toward lasting unity and progress," Oyewusi concluded.
