The campaign train of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Olorunda Local Government stormed Ward 6 today, January 30, 2025, drawing an overwhelming crowd of supporters. 

Residents lauded the exceptional leadership of Governor Ademola Adeleke, describing his administration as a beacon of excellence, with undeniable achievements that have positively transformed Osun State.

Aare AbdulGaniyu Olaoluwa Asejere, the chairman of the campaign team, expressed profound gratitude to religious and traditional leaders, as well as the residents, for their steadfast support of Governor Adeleke’s administration. He emphasized that their unwavering commitment has been instrumental in the remarkable successes recorded so far.

Welcoming the campaign team and the large gathering, Chief Okeloye Tajudeen, the Oluode of Osogbo-land, commended Olorunda LG for presenting credible candidates across its eleven wards. He described the chairmanship flagbearer, Hon. Obafemi Kolade, and his running mate, Hon. Isiaka Akinloye, as beacons of hope, poised to elevate Olorunda Local Government to greater heights.

Similarly, Sheikh Abdulyekeen Bello, the Imam-Oganla and head of Imams in Owo Oope, acknowledged the PDP's track records of impactful governance. He particularly praised the leadership of Alhaji AbdulGaniyu Olaoluwa Asejere during his tenure as council chairman, affirming that the PDP has consistently delivered the dividends of democracy across the state.
