Osun State Governor, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Asiwaju Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke has emerged as a transformative leader in Osun State, spearheading unprecedented development initiatives since taking office. His dynamic approach and incalculable commitment to progress have facilitated achievements which was once deemed unattainable by previous administrations. 

Where the immediate past administration before him, failed, Adeleke has shone like a diamond in the sky. He has proven beyond doubts that, governance is not rocket science. All it requires is the political will to serve the people, spend their resources on them judiciously and make better their living conditions. 

A standout accomplishment that will for ages to come headline the tenure of Governor Ademola Adeleke is the recent landmark decision to grant permanent status to 230 temporary staff members of UNILESA, marking a significant shift in employment policy by providing the much needed stability to these workers.

Governor Adeleke's impact transcends all sectors, prominently in infrastructural development under his stewardship, Osun State has witnessed the launch of numerous projects that have revitalized the state's physical and economic landscapes particularly commendable is his emphasis on enhancing the healthcare sector. 

By prioritizing the renovation and modernization of primary healthcare centers, Governor Adeleke has ensured that residents have access to top-tier medical services. Asides the PHC, the government of Asiwaju Adeleke has improved the standard of secondary and tertiary health institutions across the state. 

Furthermore, Governor Adeleke has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to improving the welfare of Osun State's citizens. His administration has implemented policies aimed at bolstering the livelihoods of civil servants and pensioners, addressing longstanding grievances neglected by the previous regime.
