Senator Lere Oyewumi Hails Speaker Egbedun On His Birthday

The Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, Senator Akogun Lere Oyewumi, PhD, congratulated the Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adewale Egbedun, on the occasion of his birthday.
Sen. Oyewumi joined hands with the good people of the Odo-Otin local government area and Osun State at large to celebrate the Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly on this auspicious anniversary of his birthday.
Extolling the quality leadership of Egbedun, Sen. Oyewumi said his humility, simplicity, courage, loyalty to his party and the state, consistency, connection with the grassroots, and being a team player in every step he takes for the good of the people and discipline in the discharge of his civic responsibility have brought the House to an enviable height by providing a harmonious space for all members to engage themselves in constructive debates both on state and national issues for the development of Osun people.
"Mr. Speaker has over the past years demonstrated selflessness in his service in representing his constituency and maturity in his leadership of the House, which has contributed immensely to the healthy executive-legislature relations in the state. The Assembly under his administration has remained peaceful and always ready for the early passage of Bills that have impacted the lives of the Osun people.
