The leaders during a local government meeting last week said the only way the people can show their genuine appreciation to Governor Ademola Adeleke is to ensure maximum support for his administration is by ensuring unity and cohesiveness among all citizens of the local government by supporting the government of Governor Ademola Adeleke and the Hon. The Deputy Speaker who was ably represented by Hon. Funmiso Babarinde said "one good turn deserves another is the only slogan that befits the goodness of Governor Ademola Adeleke and the State Chairman of our great party, Hon. Sunday Bisi which is the more reason why PDP must continue to win all elections in Osun State with commensurate wide margin that the magnanimity of Governor Ademola Adeleke deserves because of his love for us in Ife North Local Government."
Rt. Hon. Oyewusi said "Ife North is particularly happy with the government of Senator Ademola Adeleke on the current ongoing reconstruction of Akinlalu junction to Akinlalu road which was last constructed in 1980 during the Chief Bola Ige led administration in the old Oyo State which was abandoned by all successive governments in Osun State until now that Governor Ademola Adeleke took it up and broke the jinx."
The Local Government party Chairman, Hon. Adesoye Oyewole while giving his vote of thanks said he was happy to see a united Ife North during his tenure. He said "with the number of Primary Health Centres undergoing renovation, roads rehabilitation from Edunabon to Tonkere, Yakoyo to Koso and Akinlalu junction to Oyere road to mention a few, Governor Ademola Adeleke and the leadership of our great party under Hon. Sunday Bisi deserve not just commendation for repositioning our local government but for giving us improved facilities during their tenure.
The people however responded through Hon. "We will adequately propel the vision and mission of developing all nooks and crannies of our local government as envisaged by Governor Ademola Adeleke if given your votes."
"This is our own election, we must prove to the world that truly we won previous elections that installed the Governor and the legislators at both State and federal levels, including that of the PDP Presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in 2023 and we are not only going to repeat the same feat but to give more than 100% additional votes with the influx of more APC members into our party."
