Osun OSSIEC Chairman, Abioye Shows Appreciation to Forum of State Independent Electoral Commission for Solidarity During LG Election.

The Chairman of Osun State Independent Electoral Commission, Barrister Hassim Abioye has expressed his profound gratitude to the Forum of State Independent Electoral Commission across the states of the Federation for their support and solidarity accorded him, the State Governor and the entire Osun people during the recent peacefully conducted LG elections.

Barrister Abioye who made the statement in Osogbo while bidding the visiting SIEC members good by and made same available said they didn't just honour him but also Osun people and our amiable Governor.

In his words which was made available to the media, Abioye wrote "Thank you FOSIECON!
At Forum of State Independent Electoral Commission of Nigeria (FOSIECON), we know solidarity."

"Chairmen of SIECs and Representatives of SIEC Chairmen from Ondo, Ekiti, Kwara, Enugu, Delta, Imo, Gombe, Kogi, Zamfara, Sokoto, Ogun, Nasarawa and other SIECs, we thank you for coming to Osun State, and for the courtesy call on Mr. Governor as part of your observation mission. 

"You made history with us as OSSIEC conducted the 2025 local government election into the 30 local government areas of Osun State. Despite being the youngest among you, you all honored me, you honored Osun.
