Osun PDP as a ruling party in 2010 through the evil machinations and endemic systemic corruption of our nations democracy scuttle the rule of a democratically elected government and Governor Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola 

For 12 good years, osun people tolerated the father and child ACN/APC rule in the state with no attempt of civilian coup either at state legislature or local government levels. Osun PDP went back to drawing board year in year out to restrategise and played its opposition devoid of violence until it gained power back in 2022. 

We should all remember what the then National Chairman of APC, former Governor of Edo, now, Sen Adams Oshiomole, said in 2018 about rigging on osun electrion after the rerun abracadabra that saw the party winning at all cost despite the humongous debt, unpaid salaries, infrastructural deficits and the traumatised pensioners.

Osun voting masses for over two years now have tasted good governance and dividends of democracy in all areas of their lives. They are loyal to our Governor Asiwaju Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke and Osun PDP that gave them succour in all sectors as provided by the constitution and mandate of the present government. They are solidly standing with Mr Talk and Do.

Twice, the new national chairman of APC has made an unstatesmanly statement on the 2026 election in Osun, which portends a great danger for Nigerian democracy and we only hope the international community and security agencies are keeping a close look at the APC national Chairman's utterances and activities in recent time bearing it in mind the political volatility of the South West region in accordance with the zone's history. 

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should task Ganduje to first find a way of winning Kano and putting all states in the North West under APC before talking about South West, which is the homebase of the President himself. Can he be more Pope than the Catholics?

APC is no longer popular in Osun, and all those shenanigans they are doing are only tolerated because Osun PDP and the Governor are Democrats who believe in the rule of law and peace. One easily remembers the two women laying claim to one baby in the bible....


Let it be noted that all attempts to subvert the will of Osun people in 2026 will not and can not work. We will guide our democracy and process of election jealously and won't allow those who can't control their base to come and destabilise our own.
