George Alabi Felicitates Muslim Ummah, Calls for Peaceful Co-existence, Love, and Harmony in the Holy Month of Ramadan

Osogbo, March 1st, 2025.

As the holy month of Ramadan begins, the Honourable Commissioner for Lands and Physical Planning, Hon. George Alabi has extended his heartfelt felicitations to the Muslim Ummah, acknowledging this sacred period as a time of deep spiritual reflection, devotion, and self-discipline.

He commends the unwavering faith and commitment of Muslims who embark on this month-long journey of fasting, prayers, and acts of charity, seeking Allah’s mercy and blessings.

George Alabi calls on all Muslims to use this divine season to promote peace, love, and unity within their communities. He emphasizes the importance of tolerance, mutual respect, and understanding among people of different faiths, urging everyone to embrace the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) on compassion and brotherhood. He believes that a society built on these values will foster harmony and progress for all.

While praying for Allah's guidance and abundant blessings upon the Muslim faithful, George Alabi encourages everyone to remember the less privileged and extend a helping hand to those in need. He wishes all Muslims a successful and spiritually fulfilling Ramadan, hoping that the virtues of the holy month will continue to reflect in their daily lives beyond this sacred season.
