Obokun PDP drums support for Adeleke's government

Obokun PDP stakeholders have reaffirmed their commitment to the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke.

The stakeholders in their meeting held today said the administration of Governor Adeleke has done enough in the local government hence their resolve to drum their support.

The communique read:

Following a crucial meeting held today in Obokun Local Government, we, the undersigned stakeholders and leaders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), hereby resolve as follows:

1. Total Support for the Governor, Government, and the Party.

We reaffirm our unwavering loyalty and steadfast commitment to the leadership of His Excellency, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State.

We equally restate our full allegiance to the leadership of the PDP at the state level, ably led by Hon. Sunday Bisi, and at the local government level under Hon. Adelani Owoeye.
Our solidarity is total, our faith in the government is strong, and our resolve to uphold the ideals of our great party remains unshakeable.

2. Commendation of the Governor’s Achievements

We commend Governor Ademola Adeleke for his exceptional performance, which continues to bring tangible development across Osun State and particularly to Obokun Local Government.

These interventions are not just projects; they are life-changing impacts that resonate deeply with our people.

3. Expression of Confidence in Future Commitments

We wholeheartedly welcome and express confidence in the Governor’s further commitments to Obokun Local Government.
We remain optimistic that these promises will further consolidate the developmental transformation already underway in our constituency.

4. Declaration of Support for the Governor’s Re-election

Recognizing his outstanding performance, visionary leadership, and unwavering dedication to the progress of Osun State, we hereby unequivocally declare our full support for the re-election of His Excellency, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke.
We adopt him as our sole candidate for the 2026 governorship election and pledge to mobilize all necessary support to ensure his resounding victory in Obokun Local Government and beyond.

5. Call for Unity, Loyalty, and Continued Mobilization

At this critical time, we call on all PDP members, leaders, stakeholders, and supporters in Obokun to close ranks, remain disciplined, and stay united behind the party leadership and government.
Unity remains our strongest weapon, and loyalty remains our highest principle.
We must continue to mobilize our people, deepen our grassroots support, and safeguard the enduring legacy of progress that our party represents.

In conclusion, we stand shoulder-to-shoulder with His Excellency, Governor Ademola Adeleke. We stand firm with the leadership of Hon. Sunday Bisi at the state level and Hon. Adelani Owoeye at the local government level.
